The Smart Mini Mill is equipped with a fully enclosed guard. The compact package provides 450 x 315 x 400 mm travels and comes equipped with a 10-tool carousel ATC to fully meet small parts machining requirements. The rapid traverse of 24,000 mm/min., combined with 10,000 mm/min. cutting feed rate enormously increases production efficiency.

The major structural parts are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron and scientifically rib reinforced assuring maximum structural rigidity and stability. There are high rigidity box ways on X, Y and Z axes. The BT40 8,000 rpm high speed, high rigidity spindle represents outstanding machining performance.

The Smart Mini Mill is equipped with the latest FANUC Oi-Mate MC control and is combined with KING RICH's third generation control panel for user-friendly operations. Standard equipment also includes 128 MB extra large memory capacity allowing the operator to save a multitude of machining programs. 	Each KING RICH Mini Mill is standardly equipped with a 10-tool carousel type magazine. It features bi-directional, random tool selection. Tool change time is quickly accomplished in only 7 seconds (T-T).
	The 3 axes traverses are driven by high performance servomotors which drive ball screws with couplings, assuring high accuracy under any loading conditions.
	The Smart Mini Mill is designed with box ways on 3 axes to ensure perfect machining performance.
	The 40 taper spindle provides maximum speed up to 8,000 rpm. It is supported by 4 special bearings for high rigidity making the Smart Mini Mill perfect for machining all kinds of materials.
